Cantaloupe and Prosciutto Appetizer

This healthy, tasty, colorful appetizer is great for a summer gathering. The Arugula has a peppery taste that offsets the salty prosciutto. Basil would work too!
Layer the following ingredients:
Cantaloupe
Prosciutto
Arugula
Shaved, fresh parmesan cheese
Beautiful!
